Capstone Project: Prepare a real Project Management Plan by applying all schedule, cost, risk, quality, management tools and techniques learnt. Starting from a business case, apply some of the tools and techniques presented in classes (brainstorming, delphi method, affinity diagrams, etc) to collect requirements, prepare a project scope statement and build a detailed WBS.
PMP, CAPM or SCRUM Certifications
Our Master offers classes on the PM Domains, Tasks and Enablers, needed to apply for the CAPM® or the PMP® exams.
Students who are entitled to apply for the PMP® certification may follow the Elective PMP® that will give them the required 35 Contact Hours for the exam to become PMP certified.
Students as an elective in alternative, can also choose to do Preparation for PSM-I Professional Scrum master certification.
