    Practice Lab

    Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by DHL managers who will examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network while sharing their experience and expertise with the students. This Lab is entirely run by DHL managers with whom you will create strategies to guide customers through the customer’s journey of DHL.

    Capstone Project At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business or develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generation. You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge learnt during the master’s course. Previous years’ experiences  The Practical Challenge: Illy is known and admired on five continents for the high quality and unmistakable velvety taste of its coffee, anoutstanding blend made up of nine types of pure Arabica. The challenge is developing in the Procurement Excellence area with the principal target to review and improve the procedures and standards in the Supplier Lifecycle Management, in particular in the Risk Monitoring and Audit Management.

    Previous years’ experiences  The Practical Challenge: Bialetti, a point of reference in the market of coffee-making products, is a brand of the Bialetti Industrie S.p.A Group, whichworks in the production and marketing of Houseware products. The challenge consists of an analysis of the current logistic service and evaluation of potential different services based on market opportunities.
