    Global Master in Fashion and Luxury Management Overview. The Master in Fashion and Luxury Management aims to train professionals with passion to learn and make an impact on the Fashion and Luxury system, market and industry. Participants will take advantage by studying the concept of Italian luxury style and “Made in Italy” fashion tradition directly in Rome, the heart of luxury. Students will equip themselves first with general core knowledge in management, than will learn the fundamentals to operate in these industries and with the knowledge of the new technology they will be fully ready to make an impact out in the world and accelerate their professional career.
    Learning Outcomes.
    1. Understand the Fashion and Luxury market from a business, creative and sociological point of view, and use their knowledge to develop an effective Brand strategy and successful execution.
    2. Develop a Brand in terms of Reputation, Appeal, Desirability, Sales, and Profit in the various Luxury and Fashion industries like Jewellery, Watches, Accessories, Fashion, and Leisure by understanding its key drivers, organization models, and Communication tools.
    3. Work on the Brand Image and Uniqueness to create a distinctive proposition that makes a Brand successful and relevant for Luxury Customers. In addition, you will develop an effective Communication strategy and holistic plan.
    4. Interact with each of the key management departments like Marketing, Retail, Digital, Communication, PR, Style by understanding the different roles and responsibilities in a Company organization.
    5. Evaluate the appropriateness of a Distribution strategy, in its mix of Retail/Wholesale/E-Commerce, and apply adequate strategies to develop each of the channels at its best performance.

    Business Practice Lab with Valentino During the Business Practice Lab workshop with Valentino, students will work with managers to define a strategy for guiding customers through the buyer's journey of VALENTINO products. Students will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Head of Own label, develop a global fashion or luxury brand and define operational strategy, market positioning and pricing. They will be guided to define product assortment and distribution strategy as a Global Manager.

    Practice Lab | In partnership with Valentino Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put in practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by Valentino managers.
